Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Lake Nakuru National Park
- Morning: Pick up from Nairobi hotel/airport; Great Rift Valley viewpoint stop.
- Mid-morning: Arrive at Lake Nakuru; game drive focusing on flamingos, pelicans, rhinos.
- Afternoon: Check-in at Lake Nakuru Lodge; game drive around Baboon Cliff & lakeshore.
- Evening: Dinner & overnight. Meal plan: Lunch, Dinner.
Day 2: Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara Game Reserve
- Morning: Early breakfast, depart for Mara; scenic Rift Valley drive.
- Afternoon: Arrive Mara Sopa Lodge; lunch, short rest, 3:30 p.m. game drive.
- Evening: Sunset drive, return to lodge for dinner & optional campfire. Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 3: Full-Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara with Bush Lunch
- 6:00 a.m. full-day game drive; bush breakfast & lunch near Mara River; photography & wildlife tracking; return to lodge for dinner & cultural storytelling.
Day 4: Cultural Visit & Optional Nature Walk
- Morning: Nature walk or leisure; visit Maasai Village, traditional dances & crafts.
- Afternoon: Return to lodge; optional game drive, sundowner & dinner. Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Day 5: Final Game Drive – Return to Nairobi
- Early morning game drive; breakfast at lodge; check-out at 10:00 a.m.; return to Nairobi with scenic stops; drop-off at hotel or airport. Meal plan: Breakfast.
